Submission guidelines

We welcome high-quality, original submissions that contribute to the fields of intelligent information and database systems. All accepted papers are published by Springer and submitted for indexing in major scientific databases.

Step 01

Initial submission requirements

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Simultaneous submission to other conferences or journals is strictly prohibited.

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the EasyChair conference management system. Please ensure your manuscript is finalized before submitting, as structural changes to the author list or core content cannot be made after the review process begins.

Step 02

Paper preparation & formatting

Language
English
Format
Manuscripts must follow Springer's LNCS/LNAI style template and be submitted as PDFs for the initial review phase.
Length
12–15 pages including figures, tables, and references. Submissions exceeding the standard length may incur extra page charges, up to an absolute maximum of 25 pages.
Step 03

Academic integrity & peer review

Every submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review process by at least three independent members of the International Program Committee. Regardless of track or special session, all papers receive a comprehensive final evaluation by the meta-reviewing committee — guaranteeing consistent standards for originality, technical depth, clarity, and relevance.

Zero-tolerance plagiarism policy

All submitted papers are screened with automated similarity-checking software before review. Papers containing plagiarized material, including self-plagiarism, will be desk-rejected without review.

Step 04

Camera-ready preparation

Once accepted, authors receive specific instructions for preparing the final camera-ready version. The final submission requires the original source files (LaTeX or Word), the finalized PDF, and a signed copyright transfer agreement.

At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper for it to be included in the final published proceedings.
